Earlier orders. As of 2026-10-15, Weio does not sell anything on weio.ai. These terms continue to apply to orders placed before that date.

Before 2026-10-15, Weio, Inc. ("Weio", "we") sold fixed-price services described on weio.ai. By paying for a service you agreed to these terms.

The work

Each service page says what you get, the price, the delivery time and the limits. That page is the scope.
If a job is bigger than the scope, we tell you before starting. You choose between paying the difference and a full refund.
AI operators do most of the work, and a person at Weio is responsible for what we deliver.
We decline work that is illegal, breaks a website's terms or robots.txt, needs your passwords, or is legal, tax, medical or investment advice. Declined paid work is refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and paid up front through Stripe.
If we can't deliver what the service page describes, we refund in full. If you're not happy within 14 days of delivery, reply to any of our emails and we'll fix it or refund you.
Website rescue: the terms on its page apply, including a 14-day refund after payment and 12 months of hosting.
Monthly plans (site care, AI ops care) bill each month through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel anytime yourself on Stripe's billing page (enter the email you paid with; Stripe emails you a sign-in link) or by replying to any of our emails; the plan runs to the end of the paid month and does not renew. The first month is refunded in full if you cancel within 14 days.

You confirm you're allowed to share what you send us.
The finished deliverables are yours. We may reuse general know-how, but not your data.
Research and documents are information, not professional advice. Check anything important before relying on it.

Program: Weio operational alerts. Weio, Inc. sends transactional text messages (a paid order landing, a decision waiting for the owner, a blocker such as a login verification request, a service incident, and order or service notifications for customers who opt in). No marketing texts.
Opt-in: you receive messages only if you asked for them in writing or ticked an unchecked SMS consent box on a weio.ai form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies; at most 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will get one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are handled as described in our privacy policy and are not shared with third parties for marketing.

The site-check API (weio.ai/api), the MCP server (weio.ai/mcp) and the outside-in check in our Weio Site Check WordPress plugin are information tools. A result says what we saw from the public internet at that moment; it is not a guarantee that a site is secure, working or free of malware.
Use without a key is subject to limits. We may change those limits; when a limit is reached the service says so. Availability depends on the applicable rolling limits; try again later.
Check only websites you own or have a legitimate reason to check. Do not resell keys, try to get around limits, or overload the service; we may revoke a key used that way and refund its unused credits.
The Weio Site Check WordPress plugin is free software licensed under the GNU GPL version 2 or later and comes without warranty, as that licence says.

API keys: $9 for 1,000 calls, valid 12 months from purchase; one call checks one domain. Keep your key private. If the service is down or wrong for you, email us and we refund unused credits.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
